Today I found out I am pregnant!! Rick and I are both overjoyed.
Names we’re considering for our baby-to-be:
1. Whoopsie
2. Oops
3. Birth Control? What's Birth Control?
But seriously, though this wasn’t part of our plan, we couldn’t be more excited. As one of my favorite musicians once said, “Life is what happens when you’re making other plans.” (John Lennon)
It was strange, but in a sense, before I ever took the test, we both kinda knew. I’ve had a few “false alarms” the past 4 years, which Rick endured with benign indulgence – but this time was different. Rick intuited that I was pregnant long before I even took the test. My perceptive sweetie!
Today begins a whole new, happy chapter in our lives.
